Marching Band

Crimson Regiment Marching Band: The Crimson Regiment Marching Band is the only class and performing ensemble in the Instrumental Music Program that incorporates every element of this department. The marching band consists of wind players, percussionists, and color guard members. The Regiment is open to all, even if students have no experience. Members must register for the 7th period marching band class and will receive PE credit. Members must attend band camp in mid-August to learn the basics of marching and playing. Once school begins, the Regiment practices four days per week after school, performs at all home football games, and competes in seven competitions including a three-day trip to state championships. There is an increased financial commitment for Regiment members. Please know that fundraising is available for all members to offset any financial concerns. In addition, all wind players must enroll in a concert class, all percussionists must enroll in the advanced percussion class, and color guard members must enroll in the color guard class.
